Standard Uranium extends closing date for $3M private placement
Standard Uranium Ltd. (TSXV: STND) (OTCQB: STTDF) has extended the closing deadline for a $3 million (CDN) private placement after its unnamed Southeast Asian investor required additional time to secure governmental and banking approvals in its local jurisdiction, according to a company statement.
The TSX Venture Exchange approved an extension of the deadline to file final closing materials from October 18, 2026 to November 16, 2026. All other terms of the offering remain unchanged.
The transaction involves the issuance of 39,215,686 units at $0.0765 per unit through a non-brokered private placement. The company said it has received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to complete the offering, and that the investor's required approvals are progressing as planned.
Standard Uranium, a uranium exploration company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, holds interests in more than 233,455 acres in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan, Canada. The company said it will issue a news release upon completion of the offering.
