Spirit Blockchain Capital names Raymond O'Neill as interim CEO and CFO

Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. (CSE: SPIR) announced that Raymond O'Neill has been appointed as interim chief executive officer, interim chief financial officer and corporate secretary. O'Neill currently serves as chairman and director of the company.

Lewis Bateman will no longer serve as chief executive officer, interim chief financial officer or corporate secretary of Spirit. The company cited personal and other factors in connection with Bateman's departure.

The Vancouver-based company describes itself as a blockchain investment company focused on providing access to blockchain-enabled growth opportunities through a diversified approach.

The Canadian Securities Exchange has not reviewed, approved, or disapproved the contents of this announcement, according to the company's statement.
