Soho House names Neil Thomson as new CFO, effective August 18

Soho House & Co (NYSE: SHCO) announced the appointment of Neil Thomson as chief financial officer, effective August 18, 2025. Thomson will be based at the company's London headquarters and will succeed Thomas Allen, who will remain with the company through August 29, 2025, to facilitate the transition.
Thomson brings 30 years of experience in hospitality operations and finance. He most recently served as CFO of Tasty Restaurant Group, a private equity-backed franchisee of quick service restaurants in the United States. Previously, he held the CFO position at Del Frisco's, a high-end and casual dining company.
During his 15-year tenure at Yum! Brands, Thomson held several senior management roles including CFO of India, Chief Development Officer of Pizza Hut International, and Chief Growth Officer of Pizza Hut Asia. He is a Chartered Accountant and began his career at KPMG London.

Allen expressed pride in the company's accomplishments over the past three years, focusing on membership growth and operational excellence to drive profitability.
