SkyAI board responds to shareholder concerns after annual meeting
SkyAI, Inc. (Nasdaq: SKYA) issued a statement acknowledging significant shareholder concerns following its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held Sept. 24, 2026.
The company's board of directors said it is evaluating actions related to capital allocation, corporate governance, and strategic direction in response to the meeting's voting results. The board also said it is reviewing ways to improve shareholder communications and engagement.
According to the statement, the goal of these efforts is to narrow the discount between the company's share price and its net asset value (NAV) and to enhance shareholder value. The company said it expects to provide an update on its plans in the coming weeks.
Detailed voting results from the annual meeting are to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in a Form 8-K.
SkyAI describes itself as a Solana digital asset treasury company building a financial platform combining stablecoin infrastructure on Solana with artificial intelligence.
