Silvia repurchases 2.3% more shares, total buyback hits 14.5%
Silvia, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVIA), formerly ProCap Financial, Inc., announced it has repurchased an additional 2.3% of its common stock at a discount to Net Asset Value ("NAV") since September 15, 2026, bringing total repurchases to approximately 14.5% of shares outstanding since the program began.
As of market close on September 22, 2026, the company reported 82,881,223 shares outstanding, holdings of approximately 5,130 Bitcoin, and a NAV per share of approximately $4.27.
According to the company's statement, its NAV calculation reflects Bitcoin holdings and other net assets, and assigns zero value to its agentic finance business. The company said it will continue repurchasing shares as long as they trade at a discount to NAV.
