ServiceTitan partners with Verisk to integrate Xactimate for contractors

ServiceTitan (NASDAQ: TTAN) announced a collaboration with Verisk (NASDAQ: VRSK) to integrate Verisk's Xactimate property claims management solution with ServiceTitan's platform. The partnership targets roofing and exterior contractors handling insurance work.

The integration will allow contractors to transfer estimate data from ServiceTitan into Xactimate for claims processing, then populate the completed estimates back into ServiceTitan. The companies stated this process aims to reduce manual data entry and streamline operations from initial inspection to final invoice.

"By working to bridge the gap between Xactimate and ServiceTitan, we are aiming to help teams produce insurance-ready estimates and sell faster, with fewer clicks and less rework," said Connor Theilmann, Chief Business Officer at ServiceTitan.

Aaron Brunko, president of Property Estimating Solutions at Verisk, said the collaboration addresses complexity challenges faced by roofing and exterior contractors. The integration is designed to improve accuracy, productivity and efficiency in the restoration industry.

ServiceTitan provides cloud-based software for trades businesses, while Verisk offers data analytics and technology services to the global insurance industry. Xactimate is Verisk's solution for property damage estimates and claims management.

The companies did not specify a completion timeline for the product integration. The collaboration represents ServiceTitan's effort to create connected systems for contractors managing insurance-driven work.
