Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) have launched a joint offering combining managed security services built on the ServiceNow AI Platform with an AI-powered migration solution designed to move enterprises off legacy cybersecurity platforms.
The offering includes four components: unified integrated risk management and third-party risk management services, operational technology risk management, proactive risk management and compliance, and an AI-powered migration tool to help organizations transition from legacy systems to the ServiceNow AI Platform.
According to the companies, U.S. data breach costs reached $10.22 million per incident in 2025, up 9% year over year. The announcement cited reporting that AI is compressing the time between vulnerability discovery and exploitation from months to hours.
"Cyber resilience is a clear business imperative as organizations face a growing volume of threats and increasing operational complexity," said Rex Thexton, global chief technology officer at Accenture Cybersecurity. "By combining Accenture's deep cybersecurity expertise with the ServiceNow AI Platform, we are helping organizations modernize security operations, strengthen resilience, and turn cybersecurity into a driver of business confidence and agility."
"ServiceNow and Accenture are moving customers toward that future by combining enterprise AI, integrated workflows, and deep cyber expertise," said Lou Fiorello, group vice president and general manager of Security and Risk products at ServiceNow.
Accenture was named a Leader in IDC MarketScape's Worldwide Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance Consulting Services 2025–2026 Vendor Assessment, which cited the company's alliance with ServiceNow as a differentiator for enterprises facing complex regulatory and third-party risk environments.
