Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS) announced that its subsidiary, Sentrycs, will integrate its Cyber-over-RF counter-drone technology into Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) Sanctum counter-unmanned aerial system platform.
Under the collaboration, Sentrycs' technology will add a cyber-based detection and mitigation layer to Sanctum's modular architecture. Sentrycs' Cyber-over-RF system operates at the communication protocol layer, enabling operators to detect, identify, track, and take control of unauthorized drones without jamming, spoofing, or kinetic engagement.
Sanctum is Lockheed Martin's counter-UAS solution designed to address threats including coordinated drone swarms. It combines artificial intelligence, cloud-enabled data fusion, and a modular architecture to detect, track, and neutralize aerial threats in real time.
"Sanctum is a modular, open Counter-UAS architecture capable of rapidly integrating advanced sensing and mitigation technologies," said Matt Bahnemann, Senior Manager Program Management at Lockheed Martin. "Integrating Sentrycs' Cyber-over-RF capability expands the layered sensing and response options available to operators and further strengthens Sanctum's ability to address evolving unmanned aerial threats."
Eric Brock, Chairman and CEO of Ondas Holdings Inc., said the integration "creates a stronger and more comprehensive operational capability for addressing evolving aerial threats."
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
