Senstar Technologies completes Blickfeld acquisition for €11.4 million

Senstar Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: SNT) announced it has completed its acquisition of Blickfeld GmbH, a German producer of 3D LiDAR sensors, following regulatory approval and satisfaction of closing conditions.

The acquisition was funded with €10.4 million in cash plus €1 million in performance-based earnouts. Senstar initially announced the agreement on December 9, 2025.

Munich-based Blickfeld, founded in 2017, develops LiDAR sensors with integrated software for security, volume monitoring, industrial and traffic applications. The company will continue operating autonomously as a Senstar subsidiary while maintaining its current name.

The acquisition adds Blickfeld's 3D security LiDAR sensor range to Senstar's portfolio of physical, video and access control security products. Senstar said the deal positions the company to expand into traffic and volume monitoring markets.

Senstar provides perimeter intrusion detection systems, intelligent video management, video analytics and access control solutions, serving utilities, logistics, correctional facilities and energy markets for 40 years.
