SaverOne and VisionWave close $7M RF defense transaction
SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVRE) and VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VWAV) announced the completion of all stages of a strategic transaction first announced in January 2026, according to a press release issued June 26, 2026.
As consideration for the completed stages, SaverOne received additional VisionWave shares of common stock, bringing the total consideration received by SaverOne under the transaction to approximately $7 million.
The transaction is intended to advance the integration and commercialization of RF-based detection, sensing, and locating solutions for defense, homeland security, and critical infrastructure applications. Both companies said they plan to jointly develop these solutions for use cases including counter-drone detection, threat identification, infrastructure protection, urban situational awareness, and autonomous systems.
SaverOne's RF sensing technology, originally developed for transportation safety applications such as detecting driver mobile phone use, has been demonstrated in limited-visibility and non-line-of-sight scenarios, according to the release.
Ori Gilboa, Chief Executive Officer of SaverOne, said: "Our partnership with VisionWave is central to SaverOne's expansion into the defense, homeland security and critical infrastructure markets."
Douglas Davis, Executive Chairman of VisionWave, said: "Completing this transaction marks an important milestone in VisionWave's strategy to build an integrated sensing and autonomy technology platform."
