June 18, 2026 9:43 AM EDT

Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (NASDAQ: SEGG, LTRYW) reported commercial activity during the second quarter of 2026 across its Veloce Media Group and Quadrant properties, according to a press release issued by the company.

SEGG Media completed its $61 million acquisition of Veloce in Q1 2026, which the company said added approximately $20 million in annual revenue. During Q2, Quadrant and Veloce secured several new and expanded brand partnerships.

Quadrant, co-founded by Formula 1 driver Lando Norris, announced a collaboration with UK competition platform That Prize Guy, covering Formula 1 access, creator-led content, and fan engagement campaigns. Quadrant also added financial services firm Marex as its Official FX & Payments Partner, offering Formula 1 race experiences and B2B networking access.

Quadrant expanded an existing partnership with Revolut, originally established in 2025, to include new digital content across social and long-form platforms, a flagship piece featuring a Formula 1 driver, and a VIP British Grand Prix fan giveaway.

Veloce's agency operation delivered campaigns during the quarter for brands including Audi, Puma, KitKat, Fanta, Xbox, and Ford, alongside continuing relationships with Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, and Hilton Hotels.

"We continue to see strong commercial execution across Veloce and Quadrant, validating the strategic rationale behind the acquisition," said Robert Stubblefield, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SEGG Media.

The company said it expects the Veloce and Quadrant partnerships to contribute revenue throughout 2026, with additional opportunities in development.
