Sports Entertainment Gaming Global Corporation (NASDAQ: SEGG) announced its expansion of partnership with Soccerex, becoming the headline sponsor across all global Soccerex events for 2026 and 2027.
Representatives from the company's Sports.com division participated in Soccerex Europe this week in Amsterdam at the Johan Cruyff Arena. The event brought together senior leaders from football clubs, leagues, federations, broadcasters, sponsors, investors and technology companies.
Sports.com representatives participated in a panel discussion titled "Media, Content & the New Football Narrative," which examined how broadcasters, streaming platforms, content creators and club-owned media are changing football storytelling and fan engagement.
"Football is evolving into a much larger media and entertainment ecosystem, and Soccerex sits at the center of those conversations," said Marc Bircham, Chairman of SEGG Media. "Sports.com's presence here reflects the growing scale of our ambitions within global football media and fan engagement."
Bircham added that the headline sponsorship provides direct access to clubs, rights holders, sponsors, investors and media executives operating at senior levels of the sport.
Soccerex Europe marked its 30th anniversary with its third consecutive year in Amsterdam. The conference agenda included discussions on football governance, investment, commercial growth, infrastructure development and fan engagement.
SEGG Media operates a portfolio of digital assets including Sports.com, Concerts.com, TicketStub.com, Lottery.com, and Veloce Media Group. The company focuses on fan engagement, gaming and live experiences.
Soccerex describes itself as the global football business platform and has operated for 30 years as a meeting place for industry stakeholders through events, digital engagement and commercial platforms.
