SEGG Media Corporation (NASDAQ: SEGG, LTRYW) announced that Sports.com Studios LATAM will produce a second season of its series Máximo Fútbol following the completion of its first season in Mexico.
The company stated the renewal follows audience engagement across Latin America and international markets. The series focuses on athletes, teams, and emerging players within Mexico's football culture on the Sports.com platform.
Season Two will feature expanded storylines, new teams, and higher production values. Filming is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with a premiere planned for April 2026.
"Season One of Máximo Fútbol proved there's a massive appetite for authentic, local sports storytelling," said Tim Scoffham, CEO of Sports.com Media. "With local production, we're doubling down on content that resonates globally while celebrating regional pride and passion."
Matthew McGahan, Chairman, President and CEO of SEGG Media, stated: "Sports.com is gaining real momentum. Following record-breaking viewership of the Kerala Super League and the breakout success of Máximo Fútbol in Mexico, our global platform is connecting communities from Asia to Latin America."
The announcement follows SEGG Media's report of more than 10 million total views from the first three weeks of Kerala Super League matches across Sports.com's distribution network.
Season One of Máximo Fútbol is available on Sports.com. The company operates digital assets including Sports.com, Concerts.com and Lottery.com as part of its sports, entertainment and gaming portfolio.
