SEALSQ reports 120% revenue growth, signs key quantum deals

SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of approximately $11 million for the first half of 2026, up from $5 million in the same period of 2025, representing approximately 120% year-over-year growth, according to a CEO letter to shareholders published Aug. 13, 2026.



Second quarter 2026 preliminary revenue was approximately $7 million, compared to $4 million in the first quarter of 2026. The company reaffirmed full-year 2026 revenue guidance of 50% to 100% growth over audited fiscal year 2025 revenue of $18.3 million, implying a range of $27 million to $36 million.



As of June 30, 2026, cash and short-term investments stood at approximately $485 million, supported by a $125 million registered direct offering completed in March. The company said its active pipeline exceeds $225 million in identified opportunities through 2029, of which more than $60 million is tied to its QS7001 and QVault TPM products. The company noted pipeline figures reflect management estimates and are subject to conversion risks.



Among recent commercial developments, SEALSQ signed a $5 million agreement with Quobly, a silicon spin-qubit company, to integrate post-quantum security technologies into Quobly's quantum computing platform. The company also signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with GlobalFoundries (Nasdaq: GFS) covering secure semiconductor platforms, post-quantum cryptography, and semiconductor-based quantum computing.



On the product certification front, the company updated timelines for its QS7001 and QVault TPM products. QS7001 V1 Common Criteria laboratory results are expected in September 2026, with QS7001 V2 targeted for December 2026. QVault TPM-183 FIPS 140-3 submission to NIST is expected in December 2026, and TCG certification around November 2026.



SEALSQ also announced the appointment of Daniel Brau as Chief Quantum Officer following the acquisition of Miraex SA, a Swiss photonics-based quantum interconnect company he founded. The company said it has deployed more than $60 million of a targeted $200 million allocation under its SEALQuantum Sovereign Vertical Stack initiative.
