Revolve appoints Powers Spencer to board, co-founder Norwich retires
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (CSE:REVV)(OTCQB: REVVF) announced changes to its board of directors and provided updates on its renewable energy project portfolio across North America.
Powers Spencer was appointed to the board effective April 13, 2026, as a representative of Callaway Capital, the company's strategic investor and financing partner. Roger Norwich, who co-founded Revolve in 2012 and served on the board since inception, retired from his position.
Spencer has worked with Revolve through his role at Callaway since joining the firm in 2024, focusing on financial modeling, investment development and project finance. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Galata Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ: LATA) after facilitating the company's IPO in September 2025.
The company reported progress on several development projects. In Mexico, Revolve executed the final interconnection agreement with Comisión Federal de Electricidad for its 130.5 megawatt EL24 Wind Project in Tamaulipas and received environmental permit approval from SEMARNAT.
Revolve commenced construction on a 2.8 megawatt portfolio of distributed generation solar projects in Mexico, expected to generate annual revenue between $620,000 and $922,000. The projects have an estimated capital cost of $2.7 million and are expected to be operational by August 2026.
In Canada, the company's 15.7 megawatt Bright Meadows Solar Project in Alberta completed Stage 2 of the Cluster Assessment and transitioned into Stage 3 of the Alberta Electric System Operator interconnection process.
The company continues development of its 20 MW/80MWh Vernal battery energy storage system and 49.5 megawatt Primus Wind projects in the United States, focusing on commercial offtake solutions. Revolve operates 13 megawatts of renewable energy assets and has developed and sold over 1,550 megawatts of projects to date.
