Reply partners with AWS to expand AI and cloud services
Reply (EXM, STAR: REY) announced it signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to accelerate adoption of cloud and artificial intelligence solutions across international markets.
The agreement focuses on artificial intelligence and generative AI, with Reply leveraging its specialized companies including Comsysto Reply, Data Reply, Sense Reply, and Storm Reply. The collaboration covers enterprise-grade GenAI solutions, autonomous workflows, and domain-specialized models for vertical industries.
The partnership spans several areas including migration and modernization, security, data and analytics, digital sovereignty, managed services, and IoT solutions. Reply will help enterprises transform legacy systems into cloud-native architectures while implementing Zero Trust security models and compliance frameworks.
Reply cited recent AWS-based projects including DevBot for Audi, an intelligent multi-agent system that automates cloud operations, AI-driven solutions for BMW, and an agentic AI architecture for Aeroporti di Roma that provides real-time passenger assistance.

Antonio Alonso Lopez, Director of Partner Management EMEA at AWS, stated that the collaboration will deliver sector-specific expertise and end-to-end solutions while meeting regulatory requirements.
The agreement supports highly regulated sectors with data residency and compliance frameworks leveraging the AWS European Sovereign Cloud. Reply specializes in solutions based on new communication channels and digital media, serving clients in telecom, media, industry, services, banking, insurance and public sectors.
