REPAY names Robert Houser as chief financial officer

Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: RPAY) appointed Robert Houser as chief financial officer, effective September 8, 2025, the payment processing company announced.



Houser brings more than a decade of experience in the payments industry. He most recently served as Group CFO of the Public Sector and Advisor at Conduent Incorporated (NASDAQ: CNDT), where he previously held roles as Global Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Advisor to CEO.



Before Conduent, Houser spent seven years at Fiserv, Inc. (NYSE: FI) in various senior positions including Senior Vice President, General Manager, and CFO across multiple divisions. He also served as Global Head of FP&A and Investor Relations at Integra Lifesciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: IART).



Earlier in his career, Houser held finance, accounting, and strategy roles at Firmenich, Inc, Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE: BMY), and Merck & Co Inc. (NYSE: MRK). He began his career as an auditor at KPMG LLP and holds an MBA and bachelor's degree in accounting from Rider University.



Thomas Sullivan, who served as interim CFO, will return to his position as Chief Accounting Officer following Houser's appointment. The company stated that Sullivan helped manage the finance organization during the CFO transition period.
