September 25, 2025 9:15 AM EDT

Q/C Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCLS) commenced trading under its new ticker symbol today, following its name change from TNF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The company announced the transition reflects its strategic pivot into quantum-class computing.

The company holds exclusive global rights to LightSolver's light-speed laser processing unit for cryptocurrency applications. The technology represents what the company describes as a light and laser-based computing system.

"The official transition to Q/C Technologies and our new Nasdaq ticker is an important milestone in aligning our public identity with the Company's transformation," said Joshua Silverman, Executive Chairman of Q/C Technologies.

Current shareholders require no action in connection with the name and ticker symbol changes. The company's CUSIP number remains unchanged.

Q/C Technologies previously operated as TNF Pharmaceuticals under the ticker TNFA on NASDAQ. The company now focuses on quantum-class photonic computing through its licensing agreement with LightSolver for laser-based processing units.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
