Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR, TSXV: PLSR, OTCQB: PSRHF) announced the appointment of David T. Young to its board of directors and as chief financial officer, effective September 21, 2026.

Young brings more than 25 years of experience in energy, natural resources and infrastructure, with a background spanning corporate finance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and public-company governance. As part of his appointment, the board awarded Young 1,000,000 stock options at an exercise price of CAD$1.30 per share, exercisable over five years, with 25% vesting immediately and 25% vesting each subsequent year. Young also received 500,000 performance share units and 500,000 restricted share units, each vesting in equal thirds on the first, second and third anniversaries of the award date. All grants were made under the company's shareholder-approved Stock Option Plan and Equity Incentive Plan, in conformance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.

Pulsar Helium's portfolio includes the Topaz helium project in Minnesota, the Falcon project in Michigan, and the Tunu project in Greenland.
