Presidio Property Trust renews Johns Hopkins lease in Baltimore

Presidio Property Trust (NASDAQ: SQFT, NASDAQ: SQFTP, NASDAQ: SQFTW) announced it completed a five-year lease extension with Johns Hopkins University at its Baltimore property on August 20, 2026.

Johns Hopkins University, acting on behalf of its Bloomberg School of Public Health, occupies all 31,752 square feet of the Baltimore property. The extended lease term runs through December 31, 2031.

"We are excited to retain this long standing tenant and are pleased that the property fits their long-term needs," said Gary Katz, Chief Investment Officer.

Presidio is an internally managed, diversified REIT with holdings in model home properties, as well as office, industrial, and retail properties located primarily in Colorado, with additional properties in Maryland, North Dakota, Texas, and Southern California.
