Premier Development renegotiates exploration deals, cuts total to $90M
Premier Development & Investment, Inc. (OTC: PDIV) announced it has renegotiated a series of previously disclosed transactions related to its lithium and uranium exploration properties in Nevada, reducing the total value from $130 million to approximately $90 million.
The transactions involve three exploration properties — "Hombre," "Stonewall Flat," and "Silverpeak" — covering some 3,800 acres in northern Nevada. The company said regulatory filings related to these transactions will be published within five to seven business days.
Premier also announced it will introduce Dr. du Plessis, its Chief Consulting Geologist, who has held the position since January 2026, as a key point of communication with shareholders. Dr. du Plessis is expected to provide geological reporting on the company's uranium and lithium exploration holdings, along with recommendations on further exploration expenditure. The communications will also address potential sales of certain exploration interests and possible joint venture agreements.
The company said its Q3 report, covering the period to September 30, 2026, will reflect capital expenditures funded through shareholder loans, which are being capitalized into two-year convertible preferred common stock. The same financial treatment is expected to continue through the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
Premier also holds rare earth exploration properties in New Mexico, oil and gas well options in Oklahoma, and a 49.99% stake in GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP), a company engaged in gold and silver exploration projects.
