Premier American Uranium names interim CFO after departure

Premier American Uranium Inc. (TSXV: PUR) (OTCQB: PAUIF) announced that Greg Duras is no longer serving as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

The company appointed Soo-Whan Kim, currently Corporate Controller, as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Kim will continue leading the company's financial reporting and accounting functions during the transition.

Premier American Uranium focuses on uranium projects across the United States, with operations spanning five uranium districts. The company has active work programs in New Mexico's Grants Mineral Belt and Wyoming's Great Divide and Powder River Basins.
