Powerfleet names Andrew Martin as chairman, Brodsky steps down

Powerfleet Inc. (NASDAQ: AIOT) announced Andrew Martin as its new chairman, effective immediately, according to a company statement. Michael Brodsky stepped down from the board of directors after 12 years of service.

Martin has served on Powerfleet's board since 2024 and brings experience in the investor community, technology, business strategy, and public company governance.

"Having witnessed multiple iterations of Powerfleet for more than a decade I feel so privileged to have been part of this incredible journey," Brodsky said. "Undoubtedly, Powerfleet is now at its strongest, with a great vision being executed at pace, and I have full confidence in the company's continued trajectory of growth."

Martin said he was honored to step into the role and help guide Powerfleet through its next phase of growth. He thanked Brodsky for his leadership and impact on the business on behalf of the entire board.

Powerfleet operates as a software-as-a-service provider in the artificial intelligence of things mobile asset industry. The company has a primary listing on the Nasdaq Global Market and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
