Plus Therapeutics rebrands to Cerenome, changes ticker to CNSY

July 31, 2026 8:31 AM EDT

Plus Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSTV) announced that its corporate rebrand to Cerenome, Inc. will take effect August 3, 2026, with the company's common stock beginning to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol "CNSY" at market open on that date.

The name change reflects the company's expansion from a radiotherapeutics-focused organization into a CNS oncology company combining diagnostics, therapeutics, and data analytics. Existing shareholders are not required to take any action, as shares held in brokerage or book-entry accounts will automatically reflect the new corporate name and ticker symbol.

Cerenome's platform is built around three components. The CNSide® Diagnostic is a commercially available, reimbursed cerebrospinal fluid-based platform for the diagnosis and management of patients with or at risk for CNS cancers. REYOBIQ™ (rhenium Re186 obisbemeda) is an investigational targeted radiotherapeutic currently in clinical trials for leptomeningeal metastases, recurrent glioblastoma, and pediatric brain cancer. A third platform integrates data analytics and artificial intelligence, including a partnership with Ephemeral Technologies, to support precision oncology and clinical decision-making.

"Fifty years of medical research has taught us that CNS cancers are not an isolated set of localized cancers but a systems problem requiring a comprehensive and unified approach to solving them," said Marc H. Hedrick, M.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Cerenome.

The company's existing CNSide® and REYOBIQ™ brand names will remain unchanged following the rebrand. The corporate name and ticker symbol changes do not affect shareholders' ownership interests, according to a press release statement from the company.
