PetVivo signs 10-year AI licensing deal with Digital Landia

PetVivo Holdings Inc. (OTCQX: PETV) announced it entered into an exclusive 10-year white-label licensing agreement with Digital Landia Holding Corp for AI technology targeting veterinary practices and pet owners.

The agreement provides PetVivo exclusive rights to Digital Landia's Agentic Pet AI platform in the veterinary business-to-business market. The technology includes nine AI diagnostic agents designed to assist with pet health monitoring and veterinary diagnostics.

Digital Landia operates a consumer app featuring AI diagnostic tools for pet owners, with basic features available free and premium subscriptions priced at $9.99 monthly. The platform allows pet owners to share health data with participating veterinary practices when booking appointments.

PetVivo reported fiscal 2025 revenue of $1.13 million and claims 141% year-over-year growth in the first quarter of fiscal 2026. The company maintains relationships with over 1,000 veterinary clinics.

"We're addressing the veterinary industry's Gen Z opportunities while transforming how all veterinary care is delivered," stated John Lai, Chief Executive Officer of PetVivo Holdings Inc.

The licensing deal includes PetVivo receiving 1 million restricted shares as part of a strategic investment arrangement. Both companies plan to launch their respective platforms in the first quarter of 2026.

PetVivo focuses on biomedical devices for companion animals, with existing products including SPRYNG with OsteoCushion technology for joint conditions and PrecisePRP, a platelet-rich plasma product for veterinary use. The company holds twelve patents and six trade secrets related to its biomaterials and production processes.

Digital Landia describes its technology as featuring five patent-pending innovations within its AI diagnostic framework for pet health monitoring.
