Persistent Systems names Ruchi Kulhari as EVP of enterprise strategy
Persistent Systems (BSE: 533179, NSE: PERSISTENT) appointed Ruchi Kulhari as Executive Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Execution, the company announced March 23.
Kulhari will partner with CEO Sandeep Kalra and the executive leadership team to drive strategic priorities across business units and functions. Her responsibilities include strengthening execution processes, governance and accountability while leading cross-functional programs including AI-led transformation and operating model changes.
The company stated the role aims to enhance leadership alignment and support strategy implementation as Persistent scales its global operations and focuses on AI-led, platform-driven services.
Kulhari brings over 20 years of global leadership experience in enterprise transformation, organizational strategy and human resources. She joins from Unisys, where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She previously held leadership positions at Coforge, Infosys and EXL Services.
"As Persistent continues to scale, execution excellence and leadership alignment become increasingly important to sustaining our growing momentum," Kalra said. "Ruchi brings strong strategic judgment and operating rigor, along with deep experience in driving enterprise-wide initiatives."
