Park Ha Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PHH) announced it will change its ticker symbol from PHH to BYAH, effective October 28, 2025. The company's ordinary shares will continue trading on Nasdaq under the new symbol.
The Wuxi, China-based company cited potential confusion with a delisted company that previously used the PHH symbol as the reason for the change. CEO Xiaoqiu Zhang stated the new ticker symbol would have a positive impact on building long-term brand influence and enhancing brand value.
Existing shareholders do not need to take any action regarding the ticker symbol change. The company's shares will remain listed on Nasdaq and the CUSIP number will stay unchanged.
Park Ha Biological Technology, established in 2016, develops private skincare labels and sells direct skincare products under its proprietary "Park Ha" brand. The company operates through franchise alliances and direct sales, focusing on cost-effective skin treatment solutions.

The company offers complimentary after-sales beauty services called "light beauty experience" at its directly-operated and franchise locations.
