Palladyne AI Corp. (NASDAQ: PDYN) increased its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $24 million to $27 million, the defense technology company announced. The guidance represents a 336% to 440% increase compared to preliminary 2025 revenue of $5 million to $5.5 million.

The company attributed the revenue increase to recent acquisitions completed in late 2025, including GuideTech, Warnke Precision Machining and MKR Fabricators. These acquisitions contributed approximately six weeks of revenue to 2025 results.

Palladyne reported its backlog increased to more than $13 million as of December 31, 2025, up from approximately $10 million in mid-November when the acquisitions were announced. The company expects most of this backlog to convert to revenue over the next 12 months.

The Salt Lake City-based company develops artificial intelligence solutions, autonomous systems, and precision-manufactured components for defense and industrial markets. Its products include collaborative autonomy solutions, advanced avionics, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

"Palladyne is entering 2026 at an operating inflection," said Ben Wolff, president and chief executive officer. He cited the integration of the company's SwarmOS technology with GuideTech's BRAIN X2 system to create IntelliSwarm as an example of execution capabilities.

As of December 31, 2025, Palladyne held approximately $47 million in cash and cash equivalents. The company said this liquidity supports near-term operational requirements and integration activities.

The preliminary financial results are based on management's initial analysis and remain subject to completion of financial closing procedures. The company's independent auditor has not reviewed these preliminary figures.
