OpenAI names Dali Rajic as Chief Revenue Officer
OpenAI has appointed Dali Rajic as its new Chief Revenue Officer, where he will lead the company's global revenue organization, according to a company statement.
Rajic most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wiz, a cybersecurity company recently acquired by Google. Before Wiz, he held the role of President and Chief Operating Officer at Zscaler and Chief Customer and Revenue Officer at AppDynamics.
The appointment follows the departure of Denise Dresser, who built OpenAI's enterprise revenue team. Dresser will remain at the company during a transition period before leaving to pursue other opportunities.
"Denise has led our revenue organization through a formative period for the business and has worked tirelessly to get the team to where it is today," said Greg Brockman, President and Co-Founder of OpenAI. "The way we're deploying this technology is changing rapidly, and Dali will turn what we've learned into repeatable execution as we build out the full system to make AI broadly useful for people and businesses."
OpenAI also announced a strategic partnership with Chad Peets and RPT Partners to support its go-to-market team efforts.
The company said its products currently reach more than one billion weekly active users and more than two million businesses, which it described as twice the number from a year ago.
