OneMedNet Corporation (NASDAQ: ONMD) announced that Inka Health, a subsidiary of Onco-Innovations Limited (CBOE CA: ONCO), has entered into a collaboration to access OneMedNet's iRWD platform for oncology drug development.

The agreement provides Inka Health access to OneMedNet's real-world data platform, which is powered by Palantir (NASDAQ: PLTR) Foundry technology. The collaboration will focus on supporting development of Onco-Innovations' PNKP Inhibitor Technology, which targets PTEN/SHP1-deficient cancers.

Under the pilot program, Inka Health will use the platform to identify patient responders, explore indication expansion beyond advanced metastatic colorectal cancer, and generate evidence for clinical and regulatory decisions. The company also plans to use the data to develop its SynoGraph AI platform, which analyzes medical data to predict cancer treatment outcomes.

The iRWD platform combines multi-modal data and AI capabilities to identify rare patient populations and molecularly defined cohorts. OneMedNet designed the system to locate hard-to-find patient groups where traditional trial recruitment presents challenges.

"This collaboration demonstrates exactly what our iRWD platform was designed to do—find and characterize rare, high-value patient populations to accelerate innovation," said Aaron Green, CEO of OneMedNet.

Thomas O'Shaughnessy, CEO of Onco-Innovations, stated that access to U.S. oncology real-world data is critical for the PNKP Inhibitor Technology development program.

OneMedNet provides regulatory decision-grade real-world data for pharmaceutical companies. Onco-Innovations, based in Canada, holds an exclusive worldwide license to patented technology targeting solid tumors.
