Nuvini Group Limited (NASDAQ: NVNI) appointed Roberto Otero as chief financial officer, effective November 3, 2025, according to a company statement. Otero will replace Luiz Busnello, who will transition to a board member role.
Otero brings over 20 years of experience in global capital markets and corporate finance. He previously served as a director in equity research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for more than a decade, covering healthcare, education, technology, and transportation sectors. Most recently, he worked as CFO of Eurofarma's International Operations, overseeing financial strategy across 23 countries for a company that generated more than $2 billion in revenue and $300 million in EBITDA in 2024.
Prior to Eurofarma, Otero served as CFO of Arco Educação (NASDAQ: ARCE), an education-technology platform that was acquired by a consortium led by Dragoneer Investment Group and General Atlantic in a deal valuing the company at approximately $1.5 billion.
"Roberto's proven track record and strategic mindset make him an exceptional addition to our leadership team," said Pierre Schurmann, CEO of Nuvini. "His global experience in finance and capital markets will be invaluable as we expand our SaaS ecosystem, execute disciplined M&A, and drive sustained earnings growth and shareholder value."
Nuvini operates as a serial acquirer of business-to-business software-as-a-service companies in Latin America. The company focuses on acquiring profitable SaaS businesses with recurring revenue and cash flow generation.
