Nutriband Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRB) reported revenue of $1,289,884 for the six months ended July 31, 2025, representing a 50.87% increase compared to the same period in the previous year, according to the company's financial results.
The Orlando-based pharmaceutical development company attributed the revenue growth to expanded kinesiology tape contract manufacturing services through its Pocono Pharma subsidiary.
Nutriband reported cash reserves of $6.9 million as of July 31, 2025, with total assets valued at $10.17 million and stockholders' equity of $8.5 million.
The company continues development of its lead product, AVERSA Fentanyl, an abuse-deterrent transdermal patch. Nutriband has been granted a Type C meeting scheduled for September 18 and stated that its New Drug Application will primarily rely on data from a single Phase 1 Human Abuse Potential study, with no Phase 2 or Phase 3 clinical trials required before submission.
According to a market analysis report from Health Advances cited in the announcement, AVERSA Fentanyl has estimated potential peak annual sales of $80-$200 million if approved. The company's second application, AVERSA Buprenorphine, is projected to reach peak annual sales of up to $130 million.
Nutriband focuses on developing transdermal pharmaceutical products incorporating its AVERSA technology, which the company states can be incorporated into transdermal patches to prevent abuse, misuse, diversion, and accidental exposure of drugs with abuse potential.
