NurExone names David Stolick to board, hires investor firm

NurExone Biologic Inc. (TSXV: NRX) (OTCQB: NRXBF) (FSE: J90) has appointed David Stolick to its board of directors, effective July 28, 2026, according to a company statement. Stolick succeeds the late James "Jay" Richardson.



Stolick previously served as VP of Finance at V-Wave Ltd., a U.S.-Israeli medical device company acquired by Johnson & Johnson in October 2024. He has also held the roles of CFO at Exalenz Bioscience and BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics, and Corporate Controller at M-Systems. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University and is a Certified Public Accountant.



"I am honored to join NurExone's Board," Stolick said. "I look forward to contributing my financial and M&A experience to support the Company's growth strategy, disciplined execution, and long-term shareholder value."



NurExone also disclosed it has entered into an investor awareness agreement with Cashu Technologies Pty Ltd., described as an arm's-length party. The engagement runs through no later than December 31, 2026, with either party able to terminate on 30 days' notice. Cashu will receive $2,500 per month for a monthly investor awareness program. The company may also elect to pay a one-time fee of between $20,000 and $40,000 for an optional awareness campaign. Compensation is payable solely in cash, with no securities of the company included. The engagement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.



To the company's knowledge, Cashu holds no direct or indirect interest in NurExone's securities.
