Nukkleus projects $20-22 million revenue from acquisitions in 2026

Nukkleus Inc. (NASDAQ: NUKK) announced its current portfolio of acquired companies is estimated to generate revenues of $20-22 million in 2026, according to a shareholder letter from Chief Executive Officer Menny Shalom.
The aerospace and defense company completed multiple acquisitions in 2025, including Star 26 Capital Inc., which owns generator manufacturer B. Rimon Agencies Ltd., smart hydration technology developer Water.IO Ltd., and security platform developer Zorronet Ltd. Star 26 also holds a convertible loan in ITS Industrial Techno-logic Solutions, which Nukkleus expects to convert into a 51% equity stake.
Additional acquisitions include Nimbus Drones Technologies, an Israeli unmanned aircraft vehicles company, and Tiltan Software Engineering Ltd., a defense technology company serving Israel Aerospace Industries, Elbit Systems, and Rafael Advanced Defense Systems.
Nukkleus signed an exclusive three-year U.S. distribution agreement with BladeRanger Ltd. (TASE: BLRN) for drone payload systems and entered a joint venture with Mandragola Ltd. for aircraft modernization projects in Europe.
The company holds approximately 5 million sponsor units in SC II Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: SCIIU), a special purpose acquisition company that completed a $172.5 million initial public offering in December 2025.
For 2026, Nukkleus identified over 400 acquisition targets across the U.S., Israel, and Europe, typically generating $10 million to $150 million in annual revenue. The company focuses on tier-2 and tier-3 manufacturers in drones, autonomous vehicles, manufacturing, tactical robotics, counter-drone systems, and AI software integration.
