NioBay Metals elects six directors at annual general meeting

NioBay Metals Inc. (TSX-V: NBY) (OTCQB: NBYCF) held its annual general meeting on June 16, 2026, with shareholders holding 64,776,173 common shares present or represented by proxy, accounting for approximately 34.6% of the 187,313,490 shares issued and outstanding.
Shareholders elected six directors to the board: Jean-Sébastien David, Josianne Beaudry, Laurence Farmer, Raymond Legault, Bruno Di Battista, and Serge Savard. Shareholders also re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the coming financial year and re-approved the company's rolling stock option plan.
Following the meeting, NioBay approved the grant of 1,415,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees, and consultants. One third of the options vest immediately, with the remainder subject to a two-year vesting period. All options carry a seven-year term at an exercise price of $0.095 per share, granted under the company's stock option plan and subject to applicable securities laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
