Nexera subsidiary signs Midwest distribution deal for fuel systems
Nexera Technologies Ltd (NASDAQ: NEXR, NEXRW) announced that its subsidiary Fort Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: FRTT, TSXV: FORT), through its majority-owned subsidiary Logia USA Inc., has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Schwab Vollhaber Lubratt, Inc. (SVL), a commercial HVAC equipment representative based in Roseville, Minnesota.
Under the agreement, SVL received exclusive rights to purchase and resell Logia USA's automated fuel maintenance systems across North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and several Illinois counties, including Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, and McHenry. SVL is also authorized to solicit sales outside those defined territories.
Logia USA's automated systems are designed to maintain diesel fuel quality for standby generators in compliance with American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D975 standards, applicable to data centers and other mission-critical facilities.
The agreement took effect October 12, 2026, and is set to remain in force until July 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier under its terms. SVL, founded in 1967, operates as a manufacturer's representative for commercial HVAC systems across the Midwest, serving commercial, healthcare, institutional, and data center projects.
