NeuralBase AI submits name change request to FINRA, confirms Dubai summit
NeuralBase AI Ltd. (OTC: NBBI) submitted a name change request to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to become BMP AI Technologies Limited and confirmed participation in the Middle East Enterprise AI & Analytics Summit scheduled for August 28 in Dubai.
The company will complete its Nevada Certificate of Amendment after receiving initial confirmation from FINRA regarding the name change request. This process aims to maintain regulatory compliance and provide an orderly transition for shareholders.
NeuralBase will attend the Dubai summit as a participant rather than a formal sponsor or speaker. The company plans to use the event to build strategic alliances and showcase its BMP AI platform capabilities to enterprise leaders across the Middle East region.
"Filing with FINRA is more than a procedural step, it is a statement of intent," said Vighnesh Dobale, CEO of NeuralBase AI Ltd. "The BMP AI Technologies name captures our identity as a next-generation AI company."
The company's BMP AI platform is currently in beta testing with select enterprise clients. The platform incorporates workflow automation, contextual understanding, and AI-powered decision support features designed to operate within compliance frameworks including HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2.
NeuralBase previously announced plans to participate in The AI Conference 2025 in San Francisco as part of its multi-market strategy to engage with enterprise AI leaders across North America and the Middle East.
The company stated it will provide a follow-up announcement upon FINRA's approval of the name change, including the effective date and any associated ticker symbol changes.
