NeuralBase AI names Keval Shah as chief operating officer
NeuralBase AI Ltd. (OTC: NBBI) announced the appointment of Keval Shah as chief operating officer, effective immediately. The company operates under its enterprise brand BMP AI.
Shah brings experience in technology strategy and innovation to the Las Vegas-based artificial intelligence company. His background spans corporate development and enterprise AI deployments across the technology sector.

The company stated that Shah's role will focus on enterprise strategy and partnerships as BMP AI targets regulated sectors including healthcare, finance, legal, and government. His responsibilities will include platform governance and compliance initiatives, with BMP AI developing features for explainability, auditability, and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC2.
NeuralBase AI is undergoing a rebranding to BMP AI Technologies Inc. The company develops conversational AI systems and workflow automation through its BMP AI platform, which is currently in beta testing.
