NanoXplore Inc. (TSX: GRA, OTCQX: NNXPF) announced that Soroush Nazarpour has resigned from its Board of Directors through mutual agreement, according to a company statement.
The Montreal-based graphene manufacturer stated it remains focused on executing its strategic priorities and advancing its graphene growth initiatives following the board change.
NanoXplore manufactures and supplies graphene powder for transportation and industrial markets. The company also produces graphene-enhanced plastic and composite products for customers in transportation, packaging, electronics, and other industrial sectors. Additionally, NanoXplore manufactures silicon-graphene-enhanced lithium-ion batteries for energy storage, defense, and industrial markets.
The company operates manufacturing facilities in Canada, the United States, and Europe, with its headquarters in Montreal, Quebec.
