NanoVibronix Inc. (NASDAQ: NAOV) announced it will change its corporate name to ENvue Medical Inc. effective December 12, 2025. The medical technology company's stock ticker will simultaneously change to FEED on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The rebranding reflects the company's strategic focus on its ENvue feeding-tube placement system. The ENvue Navigation Platform is an electromagnetic navigation system that assists clinicians in placing feeding tubes into the gastrointestinal tract and has received FDA 510(k) clearance for adult use.
"Our strategy is now focused on scaling hospital utilization, strengthening our commercial footprint and building a comprehensive enteral-feeding ecosystem around ENvue through both internal development and external business development opportunities," said Chief Executive Officer Doron Besser.
Current stockholders will not need to take any action in connection with the name and ticker symbol changes. The company's CUSIP number for its common stock will remain unchanged.
NanoVibronix operates two technology platforms: acoustic-based therapeutic devices including PainShield and UroShield that use low-intensity surface acoustic wave technology, and the ENvue Navigation Platform developed by ENvue Medical Holdings Corp. The company is headquartered in Tyler, Texas, with research and development operations in Nesher, Israel.
The ENvue system provides real-time bedside visualization of tube movement during placement procedures. The company indicated that future platform expansion may include pediatric and vascular access applications.
