Nagarro names Prateek Aggarwal as CFO and Management Board member

Nagarro SE (Frankfurt: NA9) appointed Prateek Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board, effective May 1, 2026, according to a company statement. The appointment carries an initial term of three years.

Aggarwal brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience in the technology and IT services sector. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at HCLTech and Hexaware Technologies, where he led global finance functions. Most recently, he held a senior value creation role at RPSG Group.

The appointment establishes a dedicated CFO role at Nagarro to support the company's global growth and governance. Christian Bacherl, Chairperson of Nagarro's Supervisory Board, said Aggarwal "brings deep experience from global listed technology services companies and a strong track record of financial leadership at scale."

Manas Human, co-founder and CEO of Nagarro, stated that Aggarwal "will play a key role, partnering with the broader leadership team on our ambitious growth journey" as the company transforms to focus on AI transformations.

Aggarwal commented that he looks forward to "strengthening the finance function, supporting disciplined growth, and maintaining a consistent and transparent dialogue with investors and other stakeholders."
