NRC Health names Shane Harrison as CFO effective September 2025

NRC Health (NASDAQ: NRC) appointed Shane Harrison as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 25, 2025, according to a company statement.
Harrison brings more than 25 years of finance experience across corporate finance, investor relations, and strategic transactions. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at PowerSchool, a K-12 education software provider, since 2022.
Prior to PowerSchool, Harrison held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at NAVEX Global, a risk and compliance software company, from 2019 to 2021. He also worked at FLIR Systems, a publicly traded imaging sensors business, from 2010 to 2019 in various roles including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, Corporate Treasurer, and Interim CFO.
Harrison began his career at Deloitte and worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
