NAPC Defense changes its ticker symbol from BLIS to NAPD
NAPC Defense, Inc. changed its OTC markets ticker symbol from BLIS to NAPD on Aug. 19, 2026, according to a press release from the Clearwater, Fla.-based company.
The new symbol (OTCID: NAPD) became active prior to the market open on that date. Shareholders are not required to take any action, as existing shares automatically continued under the new symbol.
"We are extremely pleased to finally shed the BLIS ticker symbol, which was like a massive millstone that confused the market and did not reflect the Company we have built or the progress we are making," said Kenny West, CEO of NAPC Defense.
The company also announced the publication of its latest 10-K annual report, which it said brings the company current on all of its regulatory filings.
NAPC Defense describes itself as a U.S.-licensed defense manufacturer with exclusive rights to produce and distribute the CornerShot USA weapons system. The company also serves as a primary subcontractor to Native American Pride Constructors, LLC, supporting U.S. government contracts that include approximately $38.1 million in announced task orders.
