Mullen Automotive Inc. changed its name to Bollinger Innovations, Inc. effective July 28, 2025, according to a company statement. The electric vehicle manufacturer's Nasdaq ticker symbol changed from MULN to BINI (NASDAQ: BINI) at market open on the same date.

The name and stock symbol changes do not affect the company's legal structure or business operations, and stockholders are not required to take any action in connection with these changes. The CUSIP number for the company's common stock remains unchanged.

"Our transition to Bollinger Innovation is complete and we now have commercial Class 1, 3 and 4 under one unified brand," said David Michery, CEO and chairman of Bollinger Innovations, Inc.

The Southern California-based company manufactures commercial electric vehicles at its facility in Tunica, Mississippi. Its ONE Class 1 cargo van and THREE Class 3 cab chassis truck are California Air Resource Board and EPA certified and available for sale in the United States as of January 2024.

The company operates through a commercial dealer network of seven dealers, including Papé Kenworth, Pritchard EV, National Auto Fleet Group, Ziegler Truck Group, Range Truck Group, Eco Auto, and Randy Marion Auto Group. These dealers provide sales and service coverage across West Coast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, New England, and Mid-Atlantic markets.

In September 2022, Bollinger Motors of Oak Park, Michigan became a majority-owned subsidiary of the company. Bollinger Motors launched production of its B4 Class 4 electric truck on September 16, 2024, and has developed a dealer network with over 50 locations across the United States for sales and service support.
