Moog Inc. adds Carl Christenson to its board of directors

Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG-A, MOG-B) announced the election of Carl R. Christenson as a Class A director, effective July 1, 2026, expanding its board from nine to ten members.
Christenson, 67, has served on the board of directors of IDEX Corporation since 2019. He previously held the roles of chairman and chief executive officer of Altra Industrial Motion Corp. (Nasdaq: AIMC), serving as chairman from 2014 to 2023 and as CEO from 2009 to 2023.
His initial term as a Moog director will expire at the company's next annual meeting of shareholders. His compensation will align with that of other non-employee directors, as outlined in the company's annual proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 19, 2025.
