MiniLuxe names Lanchi Venator as chief financial officer
MiniLuxe Holding Corp. (TSXV: MNLX) appointed Lanchi Venator as chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Venator will assume financial responsibilities from Elizabeth Lorber, who has served as acting CFO since February 2025 while maintaining her role as chief commercial officer. Venator has worked as a senior advisor to MiniLuxe since early 2025 and will report to CEO Anthony Tjan.
Venator previously served as global CFO and head of strategy for KFC, where she oversaw 14 international business unit CFOs and managed strategy and financial planning teams. Before KFC, she spent 11 years at The Estee Lauder Companies as senior vice president of global finance and strategy and chief of staff to the executive vice president and CFO.
The Boston-based nail care company issued equity compensation as part of Venator's appointment, including 750,000 stock options and 650,000 restricted stock units with a strike price of 0.41 cents Canadian, representing a premium to the prior day's closing price. The board also approved 545,000 deferred stock units for board members as part of the company's equity-based compensation program.
The equity awards represent just over 1% of the company's fully diluted ownership and come from the existing equity incentive plan, according to the statement. MiniLuxe operates nail care studios and sells proprietary beauty products, having performed over 4 million services since its inception.
