MedWell Ai partners with BrighterMD to launch telemedicine platform
MedWell Ai Inc (OTCQB: MWAI) has entered a software development agreement with BrighterMD to create TeleMD.Ai, a telemedicine platform targeting business and consumer markets, according to a company press release.
The platform is scheduled to launch in October 2025 and will offer subscription-based healthcare services including unlimited access to healthcare providers and therapists through desktop and mobile applications. The service will operate 24/7 nationwide with no co-pays or additional fees.
TeleMD.Ai will serve both individual consumers through monthly subscriptions and businesses seeking employee healthcare benefits. The platform includes primary care telemedicine with board-certified doctors, telehealth therapy consultations, and prescription services connected to over 70,000 pharmacies.
Additional features include bilingual services in English and Spanish, a LifeVitals app for vital sign monitoring using smartphone cameras, and optional veterinary care services. The platform will also offer wellness management services covering areas such as weight loss, hormone replacement, and dermatology.
"MedWell Ai is pleased to join other established software providers and resellers like Trump Mobile, in retaining BrighterMD to develop TeleMD.Ai," said Steve Rubakh, CEO of MedWell AI Inc.
BrighterMD operates as a telemedicine platform developer providing access to doctors and therapists via phone or video chat. The company partners with organizations including Trump Mobile, ADP, PrismHR, and VensureHR.
MedWell Ai operates through three subsidiaries: MedWell USA LLC for pharmaceutical distribution, MedWell Direct LLC for telemedicine platforms, and MedWell Facilities LLC for real estate and software development focused on healthcare clinics.
