Matachewan names new CEO after longtime executive resigns
Matachewan Consolidated Mines, Limited (TSXV: MCM.A) announced that Richard (Bo) McCloskey has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and Director, effective July 17, 2026, after approximately 50 years with the company.
Zachary Goldenberg, who previously served as a Director of the company, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, also effective July 17, 2026.
Following the changes, Matachewan's management and board of directors consists of Goldenberg as CEO and Director, Carlo Rigillo as CFO, Corporate Secretary and Director, and Ed Dumond as Director.
Matachewan is a Canadian natural resource company incorporated in 1933 and headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. The company holds investments in mineral and other resource-related opportunities, with its common shares trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MCM.A.
