Matachewan Consolidated Mines names new CFO and directors
Matachewan Consolidated Mines, Limited (TSXV: MCM.A) announced that Carlo Rigillo and Zachary Goldenberg were appointed to its board of directors, effective July 5, 2026, according to a press release from the Toronto-based company.
Rigillo was also named Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in risk management and business processes.
Goldenberg is the principal of Liberty Venture Partners, a Toronto-based advisory and investment firm. He holds a combined JD and HBA from Western Law and Ivey School of Business and serves on the TSX Venture Exchange's Ontario Advisory Committee.
The appointments followed the resignations of Ed Dumond as CFO and Corporate Secretary, and Richard German, Michael Zurowski, and Douglas Bolton as directors. Dumond remains on the board as a director.
The company's board and management now consists of Richard (Bo) McCloskey as CEO and Director, Rigillo as CFO, Corporate Secretary, and Director, Dumond as Director, and Goldenberg as Director.
