MINESEC and NetDragon Partner to Advance Digital Education in Cameroon

This initiative, implemented as part of the World Bank-supported PADESCE (Cameroon Secondary Education and Skills Development Project), aims to address critical challenges in secondary education, improve equitable access, and elevate the quality of teaching and learning in the country.

Under this partnership, the project will begin by focusing on the digital transformation of 250 schools across Cameroon, leveraging cutting-edge educational technologies to create a more inclusive and modern learning environment. The program aligns with PADESCE's broader objectives to strengthen access, equity, and quality in secondary education, supporting Cameroon's National Development Strategy 2030 (NDS30).

Her Excellency Professor Nalova Lyonga, Minister of Secondary Education, emphasized the importance of the collaboration: "This initiative, aligned with the PADESCE framework, is a critical step in ensuring that all students, regardless of their location, have access to quality education. By integrating digital tools and innovative teaching resources, we aim to reduce educational disparities, empower teachers, and prepare our youth to thrive in a global, knowledge-driven economy.
